Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all customers using FlowToken API Credits. Bestoo Service LLC may suspend or terminate access that violates this policy.

Allowed use

FlowToken may be used for lawful AI-powered productivity, development, research assistance, automation, summarization, classification, customer support drafting, internal tools, and other legitimate business use cases.

Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, or impersonation.
• Malware, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, or evasion of security controls.
• Harassment, abuse, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors.
• Deceptive generation of spam, fake reviews, fake engagement, or misleading identity claims.
• High-risk automated decisions without proper human oversight and legal compliance.
• Uploading or processing information without the necessary rights, consent, or lawful basis.
• Reselling credentials or representing FlowToken credits as crypto, securities, stored value, or cash.

Monitoring and enforcement

We may review usage patterns, support reports, payment disputes, and abuse signals to protect customers and the service. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, withholding of unused credits during review, or reports to payment providers or authorities when required.
