Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of FlowToken API Credits, a digital service operated by Bestoo Service LLC. By purchasing or using FlowToken, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

FlowToken provides prepaid AI API credit packages, access instructions, usage support, and related account assistance. Credits are digital service credits. They are not cryptocurrency, securities, stored value, investment products, or cash equivalents.

2. Prices and payment

Published package prices range from USD 10 to USD 1000. Prices may change before purchase, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price shown at checkout or on the invoice. Payments are processed by an authorized payment provider. Bestoo Service LLC does not store full payment card numbers on this website.

3. Digital delivery

Access details are normally delivered by email within 24 hours after payment confirmation and basic account review. Delivery may be delayed if the order appears fraudulent, incomplete, violates these terms, or requires additional customer information.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping API credentials confidential, using the service lawfully, monitoring your usage, and ensuring that your applications comply with applicable laws and the FlowToken acceptable use policy.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use FlowToken for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or high-risk activity. Bestoo Service LLC may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, payment disputes, credential sharing, automated abuse, sanctions concerns, or prohibited content.

6. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are handled under the FlowToken Refund and Fulfillment Policy. Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days after purchase. Consumed API credits are generally non-refundable because usage creates immediate digital service costs.

7. Availability

Bestoo Service LLC aims to provide reliable service, but AI API availability can vary due to maintenance, provider limits, network issues, compliance review, or circumstances outside our control. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bestoo Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of FlowToken. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected package.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made. Your continued use of FlowToken after changes means you accept the updated terms.
